The members of our Toxic Tort Team, which have grown to over ten members, come to this practice area with combined years of experience in personal injury; medical malpractice defense; workers’ compensation; and products liability. Medical knowledge obtained in defending such claims gives team members the necessary background to successfully handle toxic tort claims and lawsuits. Acting as lead counsel, one of our attorneys has tried asbestos cases throughout the Tri-State area. Another has coordinated the defense of a national concern on a regional basis.
