Brett C. Shear
BRETT C. SHEAR is a senior associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group of the Pittsburgh office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.
Mr. Shear has experience in the areas of professional liability, construction, bond law, business torts, insurance, collections premises liability and personal injury. He has also served as a legal intern for several community law clinics where he assisted low-income tax payers with various legal matters.
Mr. Shear received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He holds a B.S. in Economics from West Virginia University, where he also graduated cum laude.
Mr. Shear is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
