James F. Marrion
JAMES F. MARRION is a partner in the firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses in the areas of product liability and aviation.
Mr. Marrion received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a semifinalist in the Moot Court Competition and Trial Counseling Competition. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, earning a Bachelor of Arts. While attending Villanova, Mr. Marrion was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society and was a member of the Lacrosse Team. Prior to joining Pietragallo Bosick & Gordon LLP, Mr. Marrion clerked for the Honorable Judge Kate Ford Elliott of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, where he drafted civil and criminal opinions.
Mr. Marrion is licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, where he is admitted to practice in all state courts and federal courts including the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
