Mary G. March

Mary G. March is a member of the Workers Compensation, Risk Management and Construction Practice Groups.  She is located in West Chester, Pennsylvania office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.  Her legal experience is extensive and includes the following:

  • Representation of insurance carriers and third-party administrators before Workers Compensation Judges throughout Eastern and Central Pennsylvania

  • Defense of personal injury cases

  • Hospital, physician and nurse representation in the defense of major medical malpractice claims

  • Complex commercial litigation defense, including insurance buy-outs, merger disputes, and various injunction issues

  • Construction practice management, contract review and negotiation, and construction litigation

  • Representation of a national prefabricated concrete contractor in its  construction dealings with architects, general contractors and subcontractors

  • Defense of curtain wall contractor against major hotel building owner claims relating to defective workmanship

  • Representation of major gas pipeline company in condemnation proceedings throughout Pennsylvania to expand existing rights of way and obtain new rights of way

  • Extensive contract drafting and negotiation, including employment, severance, non-compete, and confidentiality agreements

In addition to practicing law, Ms. March regularly produces legal audio conferences on a variety of tax and real estate topics for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

Ms. March received her J.D. cum laude from Temple University School of Law, where she was a member of Temple’s Law Review and Trial Moot Court Honor Society.   Ms. March received her Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude  in Political Science from Duquesne University. 

Ms. March is an active member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Chester County Bar Associations.  She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
