Holly E. DiCesare
HOLLY E. DiCESARE is an associate in the Business Group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.
Ms. DiCesare’s practice is focused on commercial collection litigation and creditors’ rights. Matters representative of Ms. DiCesare’s experience include:
- Personally handling over 300 cases, ranging from initial collection to post judgment collection proceedings.
- Regularly appearing before the Courts of Common Pleas presenting a broad spectrum of pleadings, spanning from motions for summary judgment to preliminary objections.
- Initiation and drafting of documentation, including service agreements and volunteer agreements.
- Negotiating settlements and attending arbitration or trial.
- Conducting depositions and preparing requests for admission, interrogatories and requests for production of documents.
Ms. DiCesare received her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While at the law school, she completed internships with ACLU and the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Ms. DiCesare received the CALI Awards for the highest grades in Estates and Trusts, Real Estate Transactions and Property. She was also a member of the Appellate Moot Court and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. DiCesare earned her B.A. degree in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland. While earning her undergraduate degree, she completed an internship with the FDIC.
She is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division, where she serves on the Public Services Committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Shadyside Action Coalition.
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
