Rochelle L. Moore
ROCHELLE L. MOORE is a partner in the firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti LLP in the firm’s Weirton, West Virginia office where her practice encompasses all areas of civil litigation. She is a member of the Health Care Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Employment Practice Groups.Ms. Moore has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Over the last eight years, she has handled a variety of matters, including medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, insurance bad faith, premises liability, contract disputes, employment litigation, and a variety of commercial matters. In addition to malpractice actions, Ms. Moore has represented health care providers in a number of matters, including disciplinary actions before licensing boards.
In 2010, Ms. Moore received the Professional Plan Consultant designation by successfully completing the 401k Service Training Program, which was administered by Financial Services Standards, LLC, in conjunction with Robert Morris University.
Ms. Moore received her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and Law Review, serving as associate editor for two years. Ms. Moore was ranked number two in her graduating class. She is a cum laude graduate from West Virginia University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Ms. Moore is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.
She maintains membership in the American Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Hancock County (WV) Bar Association, Allegheny County (PA) Bar Association and Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.
