J. Peter Shindel, Jr.
J. PETER SHINDEL, JR. is a senior associate in the Commercial Litigation, Federal and State Qui Tam Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Groups of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.
Mr. Shindel concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, qui tam litigation and white collar criminal litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shindel was an associate at a large Philadelphia law firm, where he focused on products liability litigation, antitrust litigation and securities litigation. He also has considerable experience in civil rights cases, including habeas corpus cases and claims brought under Section 1983.
Mr. Shindel received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was the student director of the school's Complex Federal Litigation Clinic and an Olin Fellow. While at Yale, Mr. Shindel served as a participant in the Morris Tyler Moot Court of Appeals and was also a member of the Capital Assistance Project. He earned his A.B. from Princeton University, where he won the Lynde Prize Debate in 2002.
Mr. Shindel is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
